We provide public access to the Internet website www.spedilta.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website), support and improve it as well as ensure its security. By browsing our Website, you conclude an agreement with us, which grants you the access to the contents of the website, and on the grounds of which you agree with its use conditions, including but not limiting to the conditions of personal data security and privacy specified in this information notice.

We collect, use and store information about you in order to:

  • manage, improve and optimise our Website and its users’ experience;
  • respond to inquiries and offers of the Website visitors and provide technical support;
  • follow legal obligations, settle any possible disputes with you or with third parties, and fulfil our rights arising from agreements concluded between you and us or between third persons and us;

  • we need your information in order to provide access to the website, i.e. to perform our agreement and allow browsing our Website upon your request as well as in order to be able to respond to your inquiries and offers (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
  • we need your information in order to adhere to our legal obligations, to settle all disputes which may arise between us or with third parties, and to ensure our rights arising from all agreements concluded between you and us and third parties and us (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
  • we need your information in order to improve our Website and its users’ experience, as well as to protect the Website from unauthorised access (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

• to social networks to the extent it is reasonably required in order to facilitate your communication with friends in social networks;

  • To apply for familiarisation with the available information about you;
  • To apply for correction of the available information about you;
  • To object to data processing for our lawful interests, when respective data is processed exceptionally for our lawful interest, where such a processing, in certain circumstances, disproportionally restricts your rights and freedoms or lawful interests;
  • To apply for deletion of the available information about you;
    • when data is processed exceptionally for our lawful interests, and you object to such processing, since, in certain circumstances, it disproportionally restricts your rights and freedoms or lawful interests, except for cases, when such kind of data processing is necessary in order to express legal requirements or defend from the submitted legal requirements;
    • when your personal data is processed without any legal grounds.

 

  • To request to restrict the access to the available information about you or to delete this information:
    • for the period necessary to correct wrong data;
    • when you object to data processing for our lawful interests, until your objection is analysed and our decision regarding further data processing is made;
    • when we do not need your personal data, but you need it in order to submit legal requirements or to defend from legal requirements;
    • any information processed without legal grounds, when you do not require to delete this information.
